The Team

Hervé established the firm in 2005.

Prior to that he was co-founder and a Senior Partner at PAI partners, one of the largest LBO Funds in Europe.

Graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines, Hervé joined Paribas in 1983 where he managed some of the largest equity holdings of Paribas.

Hervé has served as Chairman of the Board of Mersen from 2009 until 2017 and was a board member of many listed companies.

He has over 25 years of experience in the Private Equity Industry.

Eric established the firm in 2005.

Prior to that, he was a partner at PAI Partners where he led several Buy-Out transactions in Europe.

Eric has served as board member on several listed and non-listed companies.

He graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politique de Paris and holds a Master Degree in Economics from the University of Paris.

Eric has over 20 years of experience in the Private Equity industry.

Vincent has over 15 years of experience in Investment banking at Citigroup, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, UBS and Crédit Agricole).

He led many transactions as an M&A advisor for PE firms (mid & large cap, domestic & international markets) and their portfolio companies as well as for large listed corporates.

Vincent is a graduate of HEC and joined the firm in 2015.

Charles has closed over 50 transactions since joining the firm in 2007, advising Management teams in Buy-Outs, restructurings and public-to-private transactions.

He started his career at Fidelity Investments in London, then joined the transaction services division of KPMG in Paris where he has been involved in many buyout tarnscations.

Charles is a graduate of EDHEC.

Guillaume has over 10 years of experience in advising Management teams, Mergers & Acquisitions (Barclays Capital) and Private Equity (Quilvest and Perceva). Before joining Callisto, he worked in Paris and in London on the execution of a broad range of transactions, in particular in the telecom and media industry.

Guillaume graduated from the Paris Dauphine University and holds a Master Degree in corporate finance and financial engineering.

Guillaume joined the firm in 2014.

After an internship in Mergers & Acquisitions at Leonardo & Co, Tancrède joined the Transaction Advisory Services of EY in Paris where he spent a few years before joining the firm.

Tancrède graduated from the Paris Dauphine University and holds a Master Degree in corporate finance and financial engineering.

Tancrède joined the firm in 2014.

Prior to joining Callisto Ludovic was a financial analyst at Invest Securities, in charge of the European consumer goods sector. In this role, he was involved in various public transactions (IPO, delisting…). Ludovic started his career as an economist (Coe-Rexecode, Crédit Agricole).

Ludovic is a graduate of EDHEC, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and holds a master’s degree in Philosophy from Paris X.

Ludovic joined Callisto in 2021.

Mohamed graduated from EDHEC Business School.

Before joining Callisto, Mohamed has gained diverse experiences in LBO, notably in Large Cap Private Equity at BpiFrance Investissement and in Leveraged Finance at Société Générale.

Mohamed joined Callisto in 2024.
